MEET BEN:

Ben DiCostanzo is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Real Estate Resource NYC, a national provider of real estate and financing services.

With over 50 years of experience, Mr. DiCostanzo is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker. He has successfully funded over $1 billion dollars in mortgages and has purchased over 150 tax administrative sales at auction.

Ben DiCostanzo is registered and certified with the New York Department of State as a real estate instructor. He has taught numerous programs to educate students seeking to obtain their real estate license, focusing on real estate law and required continuing education courses.

Ben began his career as president and chief executive officer of Coleridge Realty. He then founded the American Funding Corporation and originated loans with Citibank, as a Power Broker and an Advantage Broker with Greenpoint Savings Bank.

Mr. DiCostanzo has experience as a Managing Operations Director at U.S. Mortgage Corporation. Ben ran a division that originated FHA, VA, and conventional loans, in which he investigated non-performing loans in the amount of $26 million dollars, bringing them to current and performing status.

Ben has also worked as a licensed real estate broker at Legacy Realty and has instructed and trained hundreds of individuals in establishing successful careers in real estate. He is a founder of Grant House Unity Corp, a nonprofit food pantry & distribution center, dedicated to providing free healthy food and social services to the Brooklyn community.

Ben’s passion is to share his wealth of knowledge and real estate experience with others, motivating them to reach their dreams.
